About the Role:
We’re looking for a Video Graphics Designer who’s passionate about social-first content and visual storytelling. In this role, you’ll blend motion design and graphic design to create high-impact content for brands across digital platforms. What You’ll Do:
- Create scroll-stopping videos, animations, reels, stories, GIFs, and graphics for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Design static and motion graphics aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Edit raw footage and animate visual elements for maximum engagement.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and digital strategists to bring content ideas to life.
- Design for both organic and paid social—from brand storytelling to performance ads.
- Keep pace with visual trends, social media formats, and platform-specific best practices.
- Ensure cohesive branding and creative quality across every visual touchpoint.
What You Bring:
- 6months–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design for social media or digital campaigns.
- A versatile portfolio showcasing both motion graphics and static visuals.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (Final Cut Pro, Canva, or InDesign is a bonus).
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, animation, and visual rhythm.
- Familiarity with editing for different aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) and platform formats.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising creativity.
Bonus If You:
- Have worked on content specifically for digital marketing agencies or performance-driven campaigns.
- Understand basic principles of marketing psychology, user attention, and ad creatives.
- Can optimize designs for engagement and click-through performance.
