Video Maker – Social Media & Event Coverage

Home Keys Real Estate is looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with Video Shooting Skills to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, proficiency in video editing, and the ability to shoot high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, marketing materials, brochures, and other branding materials.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts while maintaining brand consistency.
• Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, and website visuals.

Video Editing & Shooting:

• Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, property tours, and social media.
• Shoot high-quality videos for real estate listings, promotional content, and corporate events.
• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video projects.
• Add effects, transitions, subtitles, and animations to enhance video content.

Photography & Content Creation:

• Capture professional photos and videos of properties, events, and promotional content.
• Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design and video trends.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor.
✅ Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
✅ Experience in video shooting, lighting, and camera handling.
✅ Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
✅ Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
✅ Strong creative and communication skills.
