Job Description:

As a Video Operator cum LED Screen Expert at Events To Remember - E2R, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional visual experiences for our clients' events, exhibitions, and installations. You will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of video equipment and LED screens, ensuring seamless technical execution and stunning visual displays.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Operations

Set up, operate, and maintain video equipment, including cameras, video switchers, scalers, and playback devices, for live events, conferences, and presentations.

2. LED Screen Management

Install, configure, and maintain LED screens and video walls, ensuring they meet project specifications and client expectations.

3. Content Integration

Manage the integration of visual content, including videos, graphics, and presentations, onto LED screens and video displays.

4. Technical Troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to video and LED screen equipment during events, ensuring minimal disruptions.

5. Quality Assurance

Perform quality checks on video and LED screen setups, optimizing resolution, color, and visual clarity.

6. Collaboration

Work closely with event producers, directors, and clients to understand their vision and technical requirements. Coordinate with other event staff for seamless execution.

7. Testing and Calibration

Conduct pre-event testing and calibration of video and LED screen systems to ensure optimal performance.

8. Documentation

Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, configurations, and maintenance activities. Create setup diagrams and technical documentation for events.

9. Safety Compliance

Adhere to safety protocols and best practices when handling video and LED screen equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

10. Software Proficiency

Utilize industry-standard live video software such as Resolume and Watchout.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Video Operator, LED Screen Technician, or similar role.

2. Proficiency in live video software and video equipment operation, including cameras, switchers, and media players.

3. Technical expertise in Video Routing, Convertion and Codecs.

4. Mastery of Powerpoint and Keynote.

5. Strong knowledge of LED screen technology, configuration, and control systems.

6. Understanding of Pixels, Lux, and Loading Capacity Calculations.

7. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time.

8. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

9. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.

10. High level of physical capability to be able to kneel, work at height, and lift LED screens and related equipment.

11. Can communicate in English.
