Help Us Build the Next Media Platform for Real Estate, Business & Community

HTV Studio, presented by HomeTourVision, a real estate media company, is looking for an energetic, professional, and creative Video Podcast Host & Content Producer to become one of the faces of our growing media platform.

While video podcast hosting is a key part of this role, we're looking for someone who also enjoys interviewing people, creating engaging on-camera conversations, researching topics, building relationships, booking guests, and helping develop original content.

You'll host interviews remotely from your own professional home studio using Riverside while working with Realtors, business owners, community leaders, and industry professionals. You'll also help produce educational content, community features, and original programming that informs, inspires, and connects our audience.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build something from the ground up while becoming an important part of a growing media brand.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging video podcast interviews and discussions.
• Research guests and prepare thoughtful interview questions.
• Reach out to prospective guests and coordinate recording schedules.
• Help develop new podcast series and content ideas.
• Record educational and informational video podcast episodes.
• Coordinate with our production and editing team.
• Assist in identifying sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
• Represent HTV Studio and HomeTourVision professionally both on and off camera.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, engaging, and confident on camera.
• An excellent communicator and conversational interviewer.
• Naturally curious and able to keep conversations flowing.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Interested in real estate, local businesses, and community topics.
• Excited about helping build a growing media platform.

Experience in podcasting, broadcasting, journalism, YouTube, public speaking, content creation, or interviewing is a plus—but personality, professionalism, and the ability to connect with people are even more important.

Home Studio Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Reliable high-speed internet.
• A quality microphone.
• HD webcam or professional camera.
• Professional lighting.
• A quiet recording environment.
• A professional on-camera appearance and presence.
• Comfort speaking naturally while maintaining eye contact with the camera.

(We can assist with branding, virtual backgrounds, and production workflow.)

Schedule

This is a flexible part-time independent contractor position.

Recording sessions will be scheduled in advance, with opportunities to batch-record multiple interviews and educational episodes during dedicated production days.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, responsibilities, and availability.

This position will begin as a flexible part-time contractor role with opportunities to grow as HTV Studio expands. Additional compensation opportunities may become available through content production, sponsorship development, and other growth initiatives.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
