About the Role:
The Pod Place is looking for a reliable, people-friendly video podcast producer to help clients record high-quality podcasts and content. This is a part-time/ full-time, flexible position ideal for someone who’s technically skilled, enjoys working with creatives, and knows their way around a camera and editing software. This position has room for growth with potential for full time in the near future.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and check in clients for their studio sessions
• Operate and adjust cameras to ensure optimal picture quality
• Guide clients through the recording process in our podcast studio
• Perform basic video editing and exports using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Manage file storage, exports, and delivery of final footage
• Troubleshoot any technical issues during sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
• Organic content creation for our studio social media

What We're Looking For:

• Camera operation skills (must understand lighting, framing, and exposure)
• Basic editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Ideally owns their own camera (not required, but preferred)
• Great with people – friendly, professional, and communicative
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Tech-savvy with a creative eye
• Bonus: experience with audio equipment or podcast production
• Bonus: knowledge of social media content creation
• Open availability - okay with being on-call

We are seeking a Podcast Studio Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have skills in content creation, videography, basic understanding on how to work a camera, and communication skills to assist in various multimedia projects.

- Collaborate with the team on post-production tasks
- Light social media content creation for the studio page

- Run the podcasts for guest as they come in

- Host them and make them feel comfortable

-Join the weekly team call on Mondays at 9am

- Strong communication skills
