About CARE-INF™

CARE-INF™ is a national healthcare innovation organization focused on advancing nursing, clinical education, and workforce development. We are currently developing a docu-reality series that will follow the journey of four Founding Regional Presidents as they build and scale CARE-INF across the country.

Project Overview

This docuseries will chronicle a 12-month competitive leadership journey, where four regional executives are tasked with:

• Building strategic partnerships
• Closing enterprise-level deals
• Expanding workforce and clinical initiatives
• Demonstrating leadership, execution, and impact

At the conclusion of the series:

One leader will be selected as System President

All centered around:

Elevating the nursing profession and demonstrating how nurses can lead, build, and create wealth through real partnerships and enterprise strategy

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking videographers / creative producers in each founding region to partner with us in capturing and producing this series.

This is a commission-based opportunity with covered business expenses, offering long-term upside participation should the series be:

• Picked up by a network
• Licensed or distributed
• Monetized through partnerships

This role has the potential to evolve into a Producer-level position.

Compensation Structure

• Commission-based (percentage participation in project revenue)

• Licensed or distributed
• Approved production expenses covered

This is a high-upside opportunity designed for individuals who want to be part of building a nationally scalable media project.

Role Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video content across your assigned region
• Film leadership meetings, site visits, and partnership development
• Conduct and capture documentary-style interviews
• Collaborate on story development and episode structure
• Contribute to the overall creative direction and production quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in videography, filmmaking, or content production
• Strong storytelling and documentary-style filming ability
• Experience capturing real-time business or unscripted content preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a national team
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term project participation
