The Video Producer role at Resin Rockers is a full-time, on-site position based in Milford, OH. This role is responsible for planning, filming, and producing video content that showcases resin products, tutorials, and brand storytelling across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating shoot schedules, setting up cameras and lighting, capturing high-quality footage, and collaborating with team members on concepts and scripts. The Video Producer will edit and refine video content, integrate motion graphics and multimedia elements, and manage post-production workflows to ensure polished, on-brand deliverables. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining equipment, and consistently meeting deadlines to support marketing campaigns, social media content, and instructional resources.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, filming, and coordinating on-site shoots.
  • Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production, with the ability to deliver polished, final content.
  • Experience posting on all social media channels, and ability to increase engagement and growth
  • Knowledge of industry-standard video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable tools).
  • Ability to translate creative concepts into clear visual narratives and instructional content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing timelines, assets, and equipment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
  • Relevant experience in product-focused, tutorial, or craft-related video production; portfolio or reel demonstrating previous work is highly beneficial.
