Video Production Coordinator

About the Role

Creative Spark Productions is looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented Production Coordinator / Photo & Video Support Specialist to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-moving creative environment, and takes pride in helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. The primary focus of this position will be coordinating photo and video production projects across the country, including sourcing crews, managing schedules, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring assets are delivered to clients accurately and on time.

In addition to production coordination, we are looking for someone who brings hands-on experience in photography and video production and is excited to support local shoots when needed. This person does not need to know everything on day one, but they should be eager to learn, willing to jump in, and excited to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate photo and video production projects from planning through final delivery
• Source, schedule, and manage photographers, videographers, and production crews across the country
• Communicate clearly with vendors, clients, and internal team members to keep projects on track
• Manage project timelines, shoot details, production logistics, and delivery deadlines
• Organize and deliver photo and video assets to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with freelance creatives and production partners
• Support local photo and video projects as needed, including assisting on set or capturing content
• Help review, organize, and manage production assets
• Problem-solve quickly and professionally when timelines, schedules, or project needs shift
• Look for ways to improve processes, communication, and the overall production experience

• Background in photography, videography, or on-set production
• Familiarity with scheduling crews, managing vendors, or booking freelance talent
• Comfortable working with digital assets, file organization, and client delivery platforms
• Basic understanding of cameras, lighting, audio, and production workflows
• Experience communicating with clients or external partners
• Ability to support local shoots as a photographer, videographer, production assistant, or creative support
