Hypex Video: Creative Leadership on Al Madinah Road

The Role & Setting: Hypex Video is seeking a Video Production Director to take full creative and operational command of our Jeddah studio. Located in the Al Rawdah District on Al Madinah Road, this position is the central point for our high-end cinematic and commercial output. You will be responsible for a SAR 32,000 monthly executive allocation, ensuring that every frame produced under the Hypex brand meets the premium standards of the Saudi media market.

The Narrative of Your Experience: We are not looking for a resume; we are looking for a track record of 15 years in high-stakes video production, including 6 years leading multi-disciplinary creative teams. To excel here, you must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Film or Digital Media and a portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of post-production workflows, virtual sets, and the nuances of the Western Province’s cultural landscape. Your day-to-day involves bridging the gap between client vision and technical execution, overseeing the entire lifecycle from pre-visualization in Al Rawdah to the final color grade. We need a director who can manage high-pressure deadlines while mentoring a team of editors, videographers, and motion designers.

Key Deliverables: Your focus will be on maximizing production efficiency and maintaining 100% technical uptime across our Al Madinah Road facilities. This includes managing high-value equipment assets, negotiating with external talent agencies, and ensuring all content aligns with the Vision 2030 media transformation goals. You will report directly to the Board on production ROI and the scalability of our Jeddah operations.

Eligibility: This position is open to established media leaders with a transferable Iqama or Saudi Nationals. On-site presence in Jeddah’s Al Rawdah District is required.
