Model Casting & Production Intern (Part-Time)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Model Casting & Production Intern. This role comes with a guaranteed Production Assistant position on all sets — an invaluable opportunity for anyone looking to build hands-on experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with model casting, including sourcing and screening candidates

• Help coordinate and communicate with models, agencies, and talent

• Scout and research potential shoot locations

• Support general production communication and scheduling

• Maintain organized records of talent and location contacts

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Interest in fashion, photography, or film production

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Comfortable with outreach and people-facing tasks

• Prior experience in casting or production is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

• PA position secured on all sets

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $250.00 - $450.00 per day
