Role Overview
This role owns the operational execution of all creative production at Forge Relations.
You are responsible for turning approved strategy into delivered assets on time and at Forge standard.
You will manage schedules, allocate resources, enforce standards, and ensure every monthly retainer client receives their agreed deliverables.
You report directly to leadership and serve as the execution layer between strategy and the production team.
What You Will Own

- Monthly retainer deliverables tracking and fulfillment
- Pre-production systems and readiness
- Production day logistics and crew coordination
- Post-production workflow and editor allocation
- Resource allocation across videographers and editors
- Production SOP development and refinement
- On-set quality control and brand accuracy
Key Responsibilities
Production Scheduling and Resource Management
- Build and manage the master product and content schedule
- Allocate producers, directors, videographers, and editors
- Reassign editing resources as needed to ensure on-time delivery
- Adjust internal timelines while protecting client deadlines
- Anticipate bottlenecks and solve them before they impact delivery
- Ensure all monthly retainer deliverables are completed
Pre-Production Leadership
- Oversee all pre-production components from concept approval to shoot readiness
- Work directly with producers and directors to prepare each production
- Confirm briefs are executable within scope
- Ensure every shoot is properly planned and documented
- Validate that product configuration, brand standards, and technical details are correct before production
On-Set Execution and Leadership
- Lead or support production day logistics
- Maintain schedule discipline on set
- Step into roles including camera operator, producer, or director when required
- Ensure firearms, suppressors, optics, plate carriers, and accessories are set up correctly
- Enforce safe handling practices and industry credibility
Post Production Oversight
- Assign editors and manage edit timelines
- Track revisions and maintain version control
- Ensure final assets meet platform and client specifications
- Enforce quality control before delivery
- Guarantee completion of monthly deliverables
Client Accountability and Communication
- Provide realistic production timelines to account managers
- Push back respectfully on unrealistic scheduling
- Maintain visibility into upcoming launches and seasonal spikes
- Ensure production aligns with client scope and expectations
Operational Excellence
- Build repeatable production systems
- Improve workflows across studio and field production
- Standardize documentation and handoffs
- Increase efficiency without sacrificing quality
Requirements
- 5 plus years of experience in video production or content production
- Experience managing multiple productions simultaneously
- Strong understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
- Proven ability to lead crew on set
- Comfortable operating professional camera systems
- Deep familiarity with firearms and defense industry standards
- Ability to identify incorrect product configuration and setup
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High ownership mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Ideal Candidate
- Has led production inside an agency or production house Has real-world firearms experience beyond casual familiarity
- Understands product launches and retainer-based content cadence
- Experienced with project management tools such as Monday.com

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
