As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality videos from concept to final cut, creating compelling content for various social media platforms, and enhancing our brand's visual presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Video Production End-to-End: Handle all aspects of video production, including planning, shooting, directing, and editing.

Operate Camera and Equipment: Set up and operate cameras, lighting, sound equipment, and other production gear to ensure the highest quality footage.

Post-Production Expertise: Edit and enhance videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other industry-standard tools.

Content Creation for Social Media: Develop engaging and innovative video content tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and graphic design teams to align video content with overall brand strategy and goals.

Manage Multiple Projects: Juggle various projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in video production, videography, and editing.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in handling professional cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.

Editing Expertise: Advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.

Creative Mindset: A strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling, editing, and content creation specifically for social media platforms.

Understanding of Social Media: Deep understanding of different social media platforms and how to create content that resonates with various audiences.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, color, composition, and visual storytelling.

Team Player: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
