Key Responsibilities

• Inspect videos for audio glitches, sync problems, cuts, and tech issues
• Proof captions (spelling, timing, formatting)
• Verify B-roll context, retake integration, visual hooks, pacing & engagement
• Check music fit for emotion/tone + ensure client brief compliance
• Deliver precise feedback; uphold editing/branding standards

Requirements

• Video editing or post-production experience
• Fluent English; expert in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Strong skills in continuity, B-roll storytelling, pacing, retention, music sync
• Detail-focused, efficient under deadlines

Preferred

• Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts experience
• Retention-based editing in fast agencies
• Great communicator for editor feedback
