The Role

We’re looking for a Video Specialist who can both capture and edit content across outdoor shoots, studio sessions, and product-focused creative.

This role is hands-on. You’ll be responsible for bringing ideas to life from start to finish, from filming to final edit. You should be comfortable shooting in different environments, working with products and people, and creating content that performs across social.

Responsibilities

• Capture video content in outdoor, studio, and event settings
• Edit content for social, campaigns, and product launches
• Create product-focused content, not just model-based shoots
• Manage and collaborate on concepts, shot lists, and creative direction
• Execute content quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Manage footage, files, and post-production workflow
• Stay current on trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video capture and editing in a professional or freelance setting
• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro or similar
• Experience shooting with cinema-grade cameras, DSLR, or mirrorless.
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and composition
• Experience creating content for social platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of work

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics (After Effects)
• Photography or product photography
• Experience in apparel, fitness, or lifestyle brands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
