Role Description

The Video Specialist (Videographer/Editor) is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities include planning, filming, and editing high-quality video content. The role requires operating cameras, managing lighting setups, and effectively collaborating with the creative team to deliver impactful visual content that aligns with the company’s and clients’ needs. The Video Specialist will contribute to the successful execution of projects across various media platforms.

A highly creative Videographer/Editor focused on producing dynamic social content, reels, short commercials, and elevated event highlights. This role requires strong technical ability, creative taste, and an understanding of modern, trending short-form visual language.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit reels, social content, BTS, digital shorts, and small commercials.

• Produce high-energy, visually engaging edits with modern transitions and pacing.

• Cover events and deliver cinematic highlight films.

• Handle lighting, audio, and small-scale setups independently.

• Apply consistent, stylish color grading using Lumetri or DaVinci Resolve.

• Collaborate with producers and editors to align with creative direction.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in videography and editing.

• Strong visual instincts and understanding of social trends.

• Ability to work fast without compromising quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field.

• English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus.

Technical Requirements

• Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects expert level.

• DaVinci Resolve skills (especially for color grading).

• Excellent camera knowledge: Sony/Canon/Blackmagic.

• Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and basic grip.

• Familiarity with AI creative tools is required.

• Portfolio and/or past work is mandatory
