Role Overview

• As a Videographer with InvestMenter Real Estate LLC, you will play a crucial role in creating and delivering high-quality video content that drives our brand forward. Based in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing to produce engaging videos tailored for YouTube, social media, advertisements, and webinars. Your creative vision and technical expertise will be key to crafting compelling visual stories that enhance our marketing efforts and boost audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Film, edit, and finalize video content for platforms including YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and paid advertisements.
• Optimize all video assets for platform-specific requirements, including titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.
• Support fast turnaround of video edits to meet campaign and marketing deadlines.
• Manage video uploads to YouTube with a focus on SEO optimization and analytics tracking.
• Collaborate with social media managers to develop short-form, attention-grabbing video content.
• Repurpose video assets across platforms to extend reach and maximize engagement.
• Analyze video performance data and make recommendations to increase views, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan and develop new video concepts aligned with the company's marketing goals.
• Assist with webinar video production, including recording, editing intro sections, and compiling highlight reels.
• Maintain a well-organized library of video assets and production workflows.

Requirements for the Role

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience producing videos for multiple digital platforms, with a strong understanding of format and technical requirements.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for video optimization.
• Proven ability to deliver quality work quickly and under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and aptitude for teamwork in a collaborative setting.
• Strong attention to detail and creative vision in video storytelling.
• Ability to analyze video performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
