We’re now seeking a talented and driven Videographer to join our team and help elevate our creative output to the next level. This individual will be pivotal in producing high-spec, platform-optimised video content, tailored to strategic goals and audience behaviours.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop compelling video concepts, storyboards, and production schedules.
- Capture and edit high-quality video content for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn), ensuring it aligns with each platform's unique requirements and trends.
- Enhance footage with graphics, animation, sound effects, and music to produce polished, engaging final products.
- Contribute to the creative direction of each project, aligning content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay on top of content and video trends, competitor activity, and new tools to ensure our creative output remains cutting-edge.
- Recommend and implement improvements to existing video processes and workflows to support scalability over the next 12–24 months.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure video content complements broader campaign strategies.
About You
- A highly skilled videographer with hands-on experience in both shooting and post-production.
- Proficient in industry-standard editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, framing, lighting, and audio.
- Proven ability to deliver platform-specific content that drives engagement.
- Self-sufficient, highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a structured way adhering to rigid processes.
- An excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
- Deep interest in digital media trends, with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
Your Goals in This Role
- Support AdShare in producing impactful, on-brand video content that boosts digital performance across campaigns.
- Develop new video formats and storytelling approaches tailored for specific digital platforms.
- Build a strong working relationship with the wider creative and performance marketing teams.
- Bring strategic insight into content planning to help identify gaps, opportunities, and performance drivers for clients.
- Contribute to scalable systems that ensure consistent, high-quality video output across campaigns.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 4–6 years of professional videography experience in a digital/marketing setting.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse video styles across platforms (please include links with your application).
- Access to your own high-spec laptop/PC and production/editing equipment.
- Fast and reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work UK office hours (Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm GMT).
- Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking and productivity monitoring as this is a mandatory requirement for all employees in the company.
