We are looking for a talented Videographer to join our creative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create high-quality video content that showcases our real estate properties, brand, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content showcasing properties for sale, rent, and marketing purposes.
• Create virtual tours, promotional videos, client testimonials, and other video content to enhance Dreamdwell’s marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts aligned with our brand and real estate goals.
• Manage all aspects of video production, from planning to filming to post-production editing.
• Ensure all video footage is visually appealing, professionally edited, and reflects the quality standards of Dreamdwell Properties.
• Organize and maintain video archives for future use.
• Stay updated on the latest video production trends, techniques, and technologies in the real estate industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Real estate experience is a plus, as it will help in understanding the unique requirements of real estate video content (virtual tours, property showcases, etc.)
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Equipment Provided: All necessary video equipment will be provided by the company.
• Ability to independently manage video production, from planning to execution, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a creative team.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and passion for videography.
