Videographer

The Videographer will be responsible for the visual execution of our brand’s story. You will own the "look and feel" of our content, taking the lead on all on-site production, technical setups, and the capture of high-quality raw assets. While you will handle basic assembly and file management, your primary focus is capturing the shot.
Key Responsibilities

• Production Execution: Lead the end-to-end physical production for marketing campaigns, employer branding, and corporate events.
• On-Site Mastery: Direct and execute on-site shoots, including multi-camera interviews, leadership "town halls," and high-energy event coverage.
• Technical Setup: Expertly manage camera operation (composition, focus, movement), professional lighting rigs (3-point lighting), and high-fidelity audio capture.
• Visual Consistency: Ensure all captured footage aligns with brand aesthetic guidelines regarding color, framing, and tone.
• Production Planning: Translate creative briefs into technical "shot lists" and gear requirements to ensure efficient shoot days.
• Media Management: Organize and archive raw footage in a structured media library, ensuring assets are ready for the editing workflow.
• Basic Post-Production: Perform initial color grading, basic cuts, and assembly of raw footage to finalize core video assets.

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
