Videographer

Your Responsibilities

As a Videographer and Content Creator at DEECKE Creative Agency, you will create the visual content production for our portfolio of brands — across DEECKE Holding, DEECKE Financial Solutions, DEECKE Real Estate and Luxury Hideaways. You will translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling across digital platforms.

Your responsibilities include:

• Capture high-quality video and photography across the holding's brand portfolio (luxury villas, real estate, financial services, brand campaigns)
• Produce cinematic property films, brand stories, and lifestyle content
• Create short-form video tailored to social-first formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Edit and post-produce video and photo content end-to-end (cutting, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, formatting)
• Use AI tools to enhance production: voice-over generation, multi-language localization, AI-assisted editing, transcription, and creative iteration
• Plan and execute on-location shoots in Dubai and across international locations as required
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and the marketing team on shoot planning, content calendars, and campaign concepts
• Translate brand direction into consistent visual outputs aligned with each brand's positioning
• Ensure a refined, minimal, and high-end visual style across all output
• Support a structured and efficient content production workflow from brief to delivery

Your Profile

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in videography, video editing, and content creation, ideally with a focus on luxury, real estate, financial services, or lifestyle
• Mastery of professional camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment
• Advanced video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects (or equivalent); strong photo editing in Lightroom and Photoshop
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content production — voice-over generation, language and voice change, AI-assisted editing, transcription, and image / video enhancement (e.g. ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Descript, Runway, Adobe Firefly)
• A strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling and a refined, high-end aesthetic
• Sharp instincts for short-form social content and platform-specific best practices
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken) — non-negotiable
• German is a plus
• Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented approach to project delivery
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for international collaboration
• Permanent work location: Dubai, with regular office presence
