We’re Hiring: Visual Content Producer

Ocean Dream PK is looking for a highly creative, visually strong, and execution-focused Visual Content Producer to help capture and create premium hospitality and experience-driven content for our brand.

This role is for someone who understands cinematic storytelling, social-first content, emotional moments, luxury aesthetics, and content that makes people genuinely want to experience something.

You will play a major role in shaping how Ocean Dream is visually experienced online through photography, videography, reels, edits, and event coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Capturing high-quality photo and video content across events, experiences, and daily operations

• Shooting cinematic reels, guest moments, ambiance, food, live music, sunset moments, private events, and luxury hospitality experiences

• Creating engaging, social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and digital campaigns

• Editing reels, videos, and visual content professionally and consistently

• Capturing emotional moments, crowd energy, reactions, and premium experiences organically

• Working closely with the Creative Manager on content direction, shot planning, and creative execution

• Helping create visually strong, exciting, and premium storytelling content

• Capturing testimonials, social-sharing moments, and experience-focused content

• Maintaining organized content delivery and fast turnaround times

• Assisting with campaign shoots, branding shoots, promotional shoots, and full event coverage

Requirements:

• Strong photography and videography skills

• Strong reel editing and cinematic storytelling ability

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar editing software

• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, movement, and social-first content

• Ability to capture moments creatively and organically in fast-paced environments

• Strong understanding of hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or entertainment-style content

• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality output

• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail

• Portfolio or previous work required

Salary:

PKR 60,000 – 75,000

Work Structure:

• Attend and cover major events and experiences

• 1 day off weekly

• No fixed timings due to the event-based nature of the role

• On non-shoot working days, you will work from the Ocean Dream office

You will play a major role in building the visual identity and storytelling style of Ocean Dream PK.
