Part-Time Videographer (Real Estate Media)Colorado Springs, CO

We're looking for a talented and motivated videographer to join our growing real estate marketing team.

This is a part-time position that is expected to transition into a full-time role as our business continues to grow. If you love creating engaging video content, working in beautiful homes, flying drones, and helping businesses stand out online, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Filming luxury and residential real estate listings
• Capturing cinematic walkthrough videos
• Operating drones for aerial photography and video (FAA Part 107 preferred)
• Creating short-form social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Filming community, lifestyle, and local business content
• Setting up and capturing on-camera interviews when needed
• Assisting with content creation ideas and creative direction

Qualifications

• Experience with professional video equipment
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera movement
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to carry and transport camera equipment

Preferred (But Not Required)

• FAA Part 107 Drone License
• Video editing experience (not required for this position, but a major plus)
• Experience creating social media content
• Photography experience
• Knowledge of real estate marketing
