Videographer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Videographer mid-level role based in Quetta. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. Daily responsibilities include setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment; framing and capturing video according to creative briefs; and coordinating with creative, marketing teams to align visuals with project goals. The role also involves organizing and managing footage, performing video editing and color correction, and ensuring all content meets brand and quality standards. The Videographer will follow safe equipment-handling practices and stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in video production, including planning, shooting, and coordinating end-to-end video workflows.
• Proficiency in camera operation and camera handling across different shooting environments.
• Ability to set up and manage lighting for various scenes and locations to achieve consistent visual quality.
• Hands-on experience shooting video for digital platforms, marketing content, or product-focused storytelling.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic color correction.
• Good understanding of audio capture for video, including use of microphones and basic sound cleanup.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand and style guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative and technical teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Quetta, manage time well, and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Location: Quetta Balochistan

Salary range: 40k to 50k
