Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Videographer will :
-Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content to showcase residential and commercial
properties, company services, and brand stories across digital platforms.
-Coordinating with agents and the marketing team to understand project requirements,
conducting on-site video shoots, setting up camera, lighting, and audio equipment, and
capturing compelling footage of properties and lifestyle-oriented content.
-Editing video materials into polished deliverables, adding motion graphics or basic effects
where needed, and optimizing content for social media, website, and marketing
campaigns. -Maintain and organize media assets, ensure consistent brand visuals, and
stay current with video trends relevant to real estate marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong video production skills, including planning, shooting, and post-production of real estate or related marketing videos.
• Proficiency in camera operation, including handling different Camera types and Shooting Video in various environments.
• Practical knowledge of Lighting setups for interior and exterior shoots to ensure clear, high-quality visuals.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic motion graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant videography work.
• Comfort working on-site across different property locations in Dubai and adapting to changing schedules.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred; real estate or marketing experience is an advantage.
