About the Role

We're looking for a Videographer to bring our content concepts to life on filming days. You'll work directly with creators, entrepreneurs, and brands to capture camera-ready, trend-driven footage that our editing team turns into scroll-stopping content.

What You'll Do

• Film short-form and long-form content based on pre-production concepts and shot lists
• Set up lighting, audio, and camera equipment for a range of shoot environments
• Direct talent on-set to get natural, engaging performances on camera
• Collaborate with strategists and editors to ensure footage matches the creative vision
• Adapt quickly to different brand aesthetics, niches, and shoot locations
• Manage and organize raw footage for handoff to the editing team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience filming content for social media (portfolio/reel required)
• Strong technical skills with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• An eye for framing, composition, and trend-aware visual storytelling
• Comfortable directing talent, including first-time creators
• Flexible schedule for filming days across various clients
• Bonus: experience with gimbals, drones, or multi-cam setups
