Videographer and content creator - Real Estate

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer & content creator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for various platforms including digital marketing, social media, corporate events, promotional materials, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various projects and campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to develop creative concepts
• Capture studio-quality video and audio footage using professional equipment
• Manage all aspects of video production including lighting, sound, and set design
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos with graphics, effects, and sound design
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and visual identity
• Maintain video equipment and manage media files and archives
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and editing

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor in Real Estate (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, or similar
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording
• Experience with color grading, motion graphics, and animation is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills
• Flexibility to work on-site and travel to various locations for shoots

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, or related field
• Experience in commercial, corporate, or real estate videography is an advantage
• UAE driving license is a plus
