Key Responsibilities
Videography
- Plan, shoot, and execute professional video content for marketing, branding, social media, events, and corporate communication.
- Handle camera operations, lighting setup, framing, and audio recording.
- Conduct on-site and studio shoots, including interviews, walkthroughs, and promotional videos.
- Ensure consistency in visual quality and brand aesthetics across all video assets.
Video Editing
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, background music, and sound effects as required.
- Perform color correction, color grading, and audio synchronization.
- Optimize videos for different formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
Content & Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to understand project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain an organized library of video assets and backups.
- Stay updated with video trends, tools, and platform-specific best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Videographer and/or Video Editor.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio gear.
- Strong understanding of composition, storytelling, pacing, and visual branding.
- Knowledge of social media video formats and performance optimization.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics is an advantage.
