About the Role

NEWIZZ REALTY LLC is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer & Videographer who can take full ownership of our creative content—designing impactful visuals and producing high-quality videos tailored for the real estate industry.

This is a dual-role position where you will be responsible for both design and video production, working closely with our marketing and sales team to bring properties, campaigns, and the brand to life across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets including social media posts, brochures, presentations, and property flyers
• Shoot and edit property tours, lifestyle videos, and campaign content for social platforms
• Develop content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut to deliver professional content efficiently
• Create short-form, engaging videos optimized for real estate marketing and advertising
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs
• Stay updated with the latest design, video, and real estate content trends

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 years of experience in graphic design and videography
• Prior experience in the real estate industry (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Skilled in Canva and CapCut for quick, high-quality content creation
• Strong portfolio covering both design and video work, especially in real estate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Currently living in Dubai, UAE.
