Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a skilled Videographer and Editor to capture, edit, and produce high-quality videos for our projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in shooting professional footage, operating cameras and drones, and using video editing software. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through visuals are essential. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and curating content for our social media platforms.

As a Video Editor, you will collaborate with the creative team to bring the vision of the project to life while maintaining a high standard of quality. You'll be integral in developing engaging, shareable content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring that the content is tailored for each platform's audience and format. Drone operation is a mandatory skill, as you will be responsible for capturing and editing aerial footage to enhance the visual appeal of our projects and create cinematic content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture, operate, and manage professional video equipment, including drones, to record high-quality footage.
• Edit video footage into polished, high-quality content that aligns with the project's objectives.
• Work closely with the Director, Producer, and other team members to understand project goals, timelines, and creative vision.
• Trim footage, add effects, transitions, music, and sound effects to enhance the final product.
• Ensure that video content is formatted for a variety of platforms (YouTube, social media, TV, etc.).
• Manage and organize video assets, ensuring all media is properly archived.
• Collaborate on storyboarding and provide input on creative direction as needed.
• Perform color correction, audio adjustments, and other post-production tasks to improve video quality.
• Stay up-to-date with video editing trends, techniques, and technology to ensure content is fresh and engaging.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the editing process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong knowledge of video codecs, file formats, and digital media workflows.
• Ability to work with various video resolutions and aspect ratios.
• Must be able to operate drones confidently and professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of sound design and mixing is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing and drone work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with photography and shooting techniques.
• Experience in social media video formats and trends.
• Knowledge of basic color grading techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
