Videographer and Video Editor

Bhayani Securities (BSL) is one of the oldest brokerage houses on the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Role Summary

We are hiring a part-time Videographer & Video Editor to handle end-to-end video production for BSL’s content initiatives. This role is execution-focused: shooting on-site, editing efficiently, and delivering reliable, high-quality video content for social media and other digital channels.

The role is hands-on and practical. You will work from provided scripts and collaborate with our social media manager and graphic designer to ensure consistency with existing brand guidelines.

Core Responsibilities

Video Production (On-Site)

• Film short-form and long-form videos on location at BSL offices.
• Set up shots independently, including framing, camera positioning, and scene composition.
• Manage lighting setups, including key light, fill light, and accent lighting, to ensure clean and consistent visuals.
• Capture primary footage and supporting b-roll as needed.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into clean, well-paced videos suitable for social media and digital use.
• Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and basic motion work.
• Create simple animations and custom animated b-roll when required (logos, text, graphic overlays).
• Deliver multiple output formats as required (aspect ratios, lengths, resolutions).

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with:
• Social media manager (content planning, timelines, formats)
• Graphic designer (visual consistency, overlays, brand assets)
• Follow existing brand style and content guidelines precisely.
• Handle multiple edits and revisions within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of:
• Camera operation
• Shot composition
• Lighting techniques, including accent and practical lighting
• Proficiency with common editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or equivalent).
• Ability to execute from scripts without excessive back-and-forth.
• Reliable delivery and consistency in output quality.

Equipment

• Must own and maintain professional-grade video equipment, including:
• Camera
• Lenses
• Audio recording equipment
• Lighting gear suitable for indoor shoots

• Creative and independent, but structured and dependable.
• Comfortable working on-site and coordinating with an in-house team.
• Able to meet deadlines and maintain consistency across releases.
• Clear communication and professional working habits.

Engagement Details

• Part-time role

• Video-only responsibility (no photography or additional social media work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
