Freelance Videographer Brief – Manama, Bahrain

Role Overview

We are looking for a freelance videographer based in Bahrain to support our marketing and social media team with our new Leo&Loona venue in The Avenues. This role is an important addition to the team, focused on executing clear briefs provided by our UAE-based marketing team and delivering high-quality, clean raw footage and photos for editing.The videographer will be required on-site approximately twice per month, primarily for park shoots and planned activities whether outside or inside the park depending on needs.

Key Expectations

Execution & FilmingAttend scheduled shoots (approx. 2 per month) at designated locations in Bahrain.

Capture clean, well-composed raw video footage and still images based on provided briefs.

Execute shot lists and content plans precisely, while applying creative judgment where appropriate (angles, framing, movement), without deviating from the brief.

Deliver all raw footage and images within 24 hours after each shoot.

Coordination on Ground

Handle on-ground coordination with:

- Park staff

- Influencers

- Any relevant on-site stakeholders

Influencer and staff details will be shared in advance by the marketing team.

Animators and the social/media team will assist with coordination where possible.

Collaboration & Workflow

All instructions, guidelines, and content briefs will come from the UAE-based marketing team.

Must follow all provided creative and technical guidelines.Expected to:

- Ask clarifying questions when needed

- Make constructive suggestions if improvements are identified

- Execute exactly as approved

Editing:

Videographer is responsible for capturing and delivering raw assets. No final editing required.

Content Structure:

The marketing team will provide very clear briefs, for example:

Specific references, formats, durations, and framing

Shot lists, examples, and references will be shared before each shoot.

Requirements:

- Based in Bahrain

- Perfect written and spoken English and Arabic

- Strong technical skills in video and photography

- Experience shooting for social media

- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working with remote teams

- Able to coordinate independently on-site

- Flexible and open to feedback
