Suffolk Media Group is the media and content arm behind Dream Select Realty and The Dream is Real Podcast — a growing real estate brand and lifestyle media platform based on Long Island, NY. We create content that builds brands, drives business, and tells real stories. We're looking for a talented videographer and content creator to join our team and help take our visual content to the next level.

The Role

We need a skilled, creative videographer who can shoot and edit across multiple content formats — from podcast episodes and agent branding content to real estate listing videos and social media clips for TikTok and Instagram. You'll work directly with our team on scheduled shoot days and bring a professional, polished look to everything we produce.

1099 Independent Contractor | Commission-Based | Flexible Schedule

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate multi-camera podcast recording setups for The Dream is Real Podcast
• Shoot and edit short-form social media content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Film real estate listing walkthroughs and property highlight videos
• Create agent branding content — headshots, promo videos, and team shoots
• Edit footage with graphics, captions, and music to match brand standards
• Collaborate with our team to plan shoot days and content calendars
• Deliver content on time and ready to publish

What We're Looking For

• Proven videography and video editing experience — portfolio or reel required
• Proficient with camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup
• Strong editing skills — Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
• Ability to shoot and edit podcast episodes (multi-camera setups a plus)
• Real estate video experience is a strong plus
• Based on Long Island or able to reliably commute for scheduled shoot days
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Professional and reliable — we move fast and need someone who can keep up
