We’re looking for a fast, detail-oriented, and brand-obsessed Video Editor to own our complete video pipeline end-to-end.

Role Summary

You will own the full video lifecycle for Uni Seoul’s marketing—from capture → edit → optimize → publish , while maintaining consistent brand calibration across all assets. This role requires creativity, speed, technical excellence, and a deep understanding of social-first content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Capture & Production

Plan and execute shot lists with the marketing team.

Capture in-store b-roll, product shots, lifestyle moments, and micro how-to videos.

Handle basic lighting, framing, and audio setup for quick shoots.

  • Editing & Daily Output

Edit influencer videos, UGC cleanups, collab content, and store visit cutdowns.

Create Daily Social-ready Edits

9–15s reels

20–30s walk-throughs/tours

Subtitled short videos for multi-platform usage

Deliver performance ad variants for Meta & YouTube: hooks, cutdowns, thumb loops, multiple ratios.

  • AI-Driven Editing

Use AI tools (Runway / CapCut AI / Pika) for:

Smart resizing

Rotoscoping

Generative b-roll

Automated captions

Upscaling & object removal

  • Brand Calibration & Workflow

Build and maintain LUTs, presets, typography, sound beds, and end-card templates.

Ensure every video follows Uni Seoul’s brand palette, pacing, and audio identity.

Maintain clean project organization with proxy workflows, XML handoffs, and versioning.

  • Asset Management & Publishing Support

Maintain a centralized asset library: SFX, fonts, LUTs, templates, and exports.

Prepare final edits for various placements (IG, YT Shorts, Meta Ads, in-store screens).

Support the marketing team with export optimization and metadata needs.

Required Skills & Tool Literacy

Video & Motion

Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (expert level)

After Effects or advanced CapCut for motion graphics

Color & Audio

DaVinci Resolve for grading

Basic audio cleanup tools (RX or alternatives)

Design

Photoshop & Illustrator for thumbnails, overlays, and supers

AI Tools

Runway, CapCut AI, Pika, or equivalent generative editing tools

Workflow Discipline

File structure, naming conventions, version control

Proxy editing, XML/DRP handoffs

Organized project management

KPIs / Performance Expectations

Daily Output

2–4 short edits OR 1 hero video + 1–2 cutdowns

Turnaround Time

24–48 hours for planned shoots; same-day for trims

Performance Quality

CTR-friendly intros, crisp pacing, strong CTAs

Consistency

Approved LUTs, color palette, subtitles, and templates across all edits
