Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Videographer & Editor who can capture stunning footage and transform it into engaging visual stories. The ideal candidate will work closely with our creative director to produce high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production
• Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video content for various projects
• Operate professional video equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Ensure proper composition, lighting, and audio quality during filming
• Collaborate with team members to execute creative concepts
• Post-Production & Editing
• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using industry-standard software
• Create compelling narratives through effective sequencing and pacing
• Add graphics, titles, transitions, and special effects as needed
• Color correct and grade footage to ensure visual consistency
• Sync audio and video elements seamlessly
• Photo Editing & Retouching
• Enhance and retouch photographs to professional standards
• Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, and detail enhancement
• Remove unwanted elements and optimize images for various platforms
• Maintain consistent visual style across all photo content
• Creative Collaboration

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing
• Proficiency in required software:
• Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced level)
• Adobe Photoshop (Advanced level)
• Filmora (Intermediate to Advanced level)
• Photo retouching expertise with attention to detail
• Strong understanding of video production techniques and workflows
• Knowledge of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

• Real estate video/photography experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of drone operation and aerial videography
• Experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Understanding of social media content requirements and formats
• Portfolio demonstrating diverse video and photo projects
