Videographer & Editor

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer cum Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos for marketing, branding, recruitment, and project-related content. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Video Production

• Plan and conceptualize video shoots as per project requirements.
• Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras, drones, and stabilizers.
• Shoot interviews, field activities, solar installation processes, events, and promotional content.
• Ensure proper lighting, sound, and framing in all shots.

2. Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, campaigns, advertisements, and internal use.
• Add music, transitions, captions, motion graphics, and other visual elements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all content.
• Deliver final outputs in optimized formats suitable for different platforms.

3. Content Planning & Coordination

• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Operations teams to understand content requirements.
• Create storyboards/shot lists when needed.
• Manage timelines and deliver projects on schedule.

4. Equipment Management

• Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and editing tools.
• Ensure proper storage and regular maintenance of all equipment.

5. Social Media Content Creation

• Create short-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Stay updated with current trends to produce engaging, modern content.
