Role Description

Full-time. You’ll lead the craft, plan shoots, operate cameras, light scenes, record clean audio, and edit fast for multi-platform delivery. Build tight narratives, add motion graphics in After Effects, maintain organized projects, and collaborate with creative/marketing to hit brief and brand goals.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end production: pre-pro, shoot, post.
• Pro camera operation (cinema/DSLR), lenses, audio; confident lighting.
• Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects (must-have) ; motion graphics basics.
• Delivers vertical & horizontal formats; disciplined file/version management.
• Added value (nice-to-have): AI tools (Runway, Kling, Veo 3, etc.) for cleanup, captions, smart reframing, or concept previz.
• Bonus: color basics, sound polish, 3D familiarity.
