Shine Gold & Diamonds is a well-established jewellery retail brand with a strong presence in Qatar and Bahrain. With multiple showrooms, an in-house design and production team, and a growing digital presence, the company continues to expand its retail, marketing, and e-commerce operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Videographer & Editor to create professional photo and video content for our jewellery retail brand in Doha, Qatar.

The ideal candidate should have strong professional experience in videography, photography, camera handling, lighting, video editing, reels, product content, model shoots, campaign videos, and social media content production.

This role is mainly focused on jewellery, product, model, brand, retail, and marketing content. It requires someone who can professionally shoot and edit content for social media, websites, product launches, promotions, announcements, campaigns, and brand activities.

Professional camera experience and photography skills are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit jewellery videos, product videos, model videos, reels, promotional clips, campaign videos, launch content, announcement videos, and social media or website content.
• Capture professional product, jewellery, model, showroom, campaign, and brand photographs with proper attention to lighting, composition, framing, colour, and product presentation.
• Handle professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, backgrounds, tripods, gimbals, audio tools, and other production equipment.
• Plan suitable shots, angles, lighting, framing, visual flow, and content output based on campaign, product, brand, and marketing requirements.
• Edit videos with proper colour correction, sound, music, transitions, text overlays, effects, motion graphics, animation, and platform-ready finishing.
• Edit and prepare photographs, product visuals, thumbnails, cover images, and other photo/video assets for social media, websites, advertisements, campaigns, and displays.
• Capture showroom activities, promotional programs, events, behind-the-scenes content, and other brand moments for social media and marketing use.
• Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, store teams, the e-commerce team, and the marketing team for content requirements, product promotions, campaigns, deadlines, and final output.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in videography, photography, video editing, or visual content production.
• Strong professional videography and photography skills with proper camera-handling experience.
• Professional camera experience is mandatory. Smartphone-only content experience will not be considered sufficient.
• Good understanding of camera settings, lenses, lighting, framing, composition, shot planning, and visual storytelling.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Good knowledge of video editing, colour correction, sound editing, motion graphics, animation, and photo editing.
• Experience in jewellery, product, fashion, beauty, watches, model, retail, or luxury-related visual production will be preferred.
• Good understanding of social media formats, reels, short-form video content, product videos, and brand-focused content production.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, graphic design, social media design, retouching, or other relevant creative tools will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools for editing, creative planning, production, or workflow improvement will be preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, accept feedback, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English with good communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be currently available in Qatar.
• Must have a valid Qatar ID.
• Candidates with transferable visa / NOC will be preferred.
• Immediate joining or short notice period is preferred.

Portfolio Requirement

A strong and updated portfolio is mandatory. The portfolio should show professional camera work, photography, videography, product or model shoots, reels, video editing, motion graphics, and overall production quality.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: QAR 2,400 – QAR 3,000 + Accommodation + Transportation
Based on experience, skills, portfolio, practical ability, and interview performance.

Accommodation: Provided by the company.

Transportation: Provided when the workplace is assigned beyond a reasonable commuting distance.

Additional benefits will be as per company policy.
