PHOTOGRAPHER & VIDEOGRAPHER

Job Summary:

Responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals. Role involves planning, shooting, and editing visual content for promotional materials, social media, advertisements, events, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Capture high-quality photographs and videos for various company needs, including marketing campaigns, social media, events, and branding initiatives.

2. Plan and execute creative photo and video shoots, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and framing.

3. Edit and retouch photos and videos using professional editing software.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and objectives.

5. Manage and organize all photo and video assets, maintaining an efficient workflow and archiving system

6. Operate and maintain photography and videography equipment, including cameras, drones, lighting, and audio gear.

7. Direct and guide models, employees, and other subjects during shoots to achieve the best visual results.

8. Stay updated with industry trends, new technology, and emerging techniques to enhance the quality of work.

9. Ensure timely delivery of edited photos and videos according to project deadlines.

10. Adhere to company policies and branding guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual content

11. Performs other duties assigned.

Qualification, Experience & Knowledge

· A degree or certification in photography, videography, film production, or a related field is a plus.

· Proven experience as a Photographer & Videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing photography and video production skills.

· At least a minimum of 5 years of work experience in photography and videography.

· Proficiency in professional photography and video editing software.

· Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong attention to detail and creativity in capturing and editing visual content.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
