Videographer for Social Media Content

Matoh Media is a professional social media manager supporting businesses from car dealerships to dental offices. Matoh is built around improving business visibility through hook-driven, high-energy short-form videos that move fast and stop the scroll.

As a videographer, you'll film 15–20 videos per month per client in a style that fits our brand and our clients. The ideal candidate is a creator at heart. We are looking for someone who shoots like they're making content for their own page, is deeply tapped into internet culture, and instinctively knows what works on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You'll travel on-site to film and work closely with clients and our creative team to capture engaging, brand-aligned footage that drives leads.

This is a filming-only role. Editing is handled by our in-house team.

Key Responsibilities

• Film 15–20 short-form videos per month per client
• Deliver raw footage within 24–48 hours of every shoot
• Bring social-first instincts to composition, framing, and pacing on set
• Collaborate with clients on-site and maintain strong working relationships
• Stay ahead of platform-specific trends, formats, and algorithm shifts
• Communicate with the team and attend weekly meetings

Requirements

• Demonstrated skill filming for short-form vertical platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Strong eye for composition, framing, and movement built for vertical
• Deep understanding of internet culture and current trends
• Creator's instinct: you understand how to hook an audience and know what the film will look like in post-production

Contract Terms

• Freelance / Contract
• Monthly retainer (rate to be determined)
• Paid monthly upon delivery of agreed content volume
• All raw project files are delivered to and owned by Matoh

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
