We’re Hiring: Videographer (Full-Time)

Princeton, NJ | Hybrid / On-site Studio

InnerJoy Ed | Reports to: Chief Content Officer

• InnerJoy Ed is building preventive mental health education for K–12 students, combining therapist-led curriculum with engaging, age-appropriate video content. We focus on strengthening emotional intelligence before crisis strikes.
• This is a high-ownership, high-scale production role. Over the next 12 months, you’ll help create 1,200+ videos reaching hundreds of thousands of children.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end video production: planning, shooting, lighting, editing, post-production
• Directing therapists & educators on camera
• Motion graphics (After Effects required)
• Social media clips repurposed from lesson content
• 3D character animation & rendering (Blender / Maya / Cinema 4D – REQUIRED)
• AI-enhanced animation workflows (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, etc.) integrated with traditional animation
• Studio setup, equipment maintenance & asset management
• High-volume production with consistent quality

Required Skills

• Strong cinematography & lighting
• Professional video editing (Premiere / Resolve / Final Cut)
• Motion graphics & compositing (After Effects)
• Traditional 3D character animation & rendering
• Experience or curiosity with AI animation tools
• Highly organized, self-directed, detail-oriented
• Bonus:
• 2D animation, color grading, educational/children’s content, teleprompter workflows, motion tracking, AI image tools.

Important Note

• This is a rare skill combination.
• If you’re strong in videography/editing OR strong in 3D character animation, we still want to hear from you.
• We’re open to a two-person team model (Videographer + 3D Animator).
• Portfolio clarity is critical—clearly indicate independent vs collaborative work.
