We are looking for a talented Videographer / Graphic Designer who can help elevate our visual identity and create engaging, impactful content for patients and the community.

Role Overview

The Videographer / Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content including videos, motion graphics, digital designs, social media creatives, and patient education materials. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a healthcare environment alongside medical and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities Videography

• Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos for marketing, patient education, doctor profiles, and social media
• Capture footage in clinics, OT/OPD settings, and events (ensuring patient confidentiality)
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Produce short-form and long-form video content

Graphic Design

• Create digital designs, infographics, brochures, and branding materials
• Develop creative assets for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all content
• Design patient educational materials and healthcare service guides

Content & Marketing Support

• Support marketing team with content ideas and visual campaigns
• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to produce educational content
• Edit photos and videos for before/after showcases (following ethical guidelines)
• Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations (DHA guidelines)

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Media, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
• Proven experience as a Videographer and/or Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom
• Experience with digital content creation for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, shooting, and editing
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Creative storytelling and visual communication
• Motion graphics & animation experience
• Knowledge of current digital trends and healthcare content styles
• Photography skills
• Familiarity with shooting in clinical or medical environments (advantage)
