In partnership with our client, a premium personal brand and business group based in Dubai, we are seeking a Videographer specialising in Long Form Video Content to handle end-to-end production of documentaries, YouTube videos, and event coverage that meet a premium production standard. Who are we looking for?
- You are an experienced videographer and editor with 3 to 5 years of experience in long-form video production for YouTube, documentary, or event-based content.
- You are technically advanced in filming and editing, with strong expertise in colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- You are a storyteller at heart, understanding how to structure a long-form piece to hold audience attention and deliver a clear, compelling narrative.
- You are detail-oriented and quality-driven, unwilling to let a piece go out unless it meets the highest production standard.
- You are self-directed and organised, able to manage your own production workflow and coordinate with creative and marketing teams without losing momentum.
Your Responsibilities…
- You will film and edit long-form videos from concept through to final delivery, covering documentaries, YouTube content, and event footage.
- You will execute colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics to deliver content that meets a premium visual and audio standard.
- You will collaborate with the Creative Director on storytelling approach, narrative structure, and content direction for each production.
- You will maintain production equipment and assets, ensuring everything is in good working order and ready for each shoot.
- You will optimise content quality and retention by analysing audience insights and performance metrics and applying those learnings to future productions.
- You will coordinate with marketing and PR teams to ensure long-form content is aligned with campaign objectives and publishing schedules.

- Strong audience retention and engagement metrics across published YouTube and documentary content, reflecting the quality and effectiveness of the storytelling.

To be considered for this role you should have…
- A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Film Production, Media, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of long-form video production experience.
- Advanced skills in videography, editing, colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Strong YouTube content production knowledge with an understanding of audience retention and performance optimisation.
- Film editing certifications are preferred.
