The Role

We are looking for a data-driven Videographer to join us part-time. Your main mission will be to eliminate our creative bottleneck by producing high-converting video and static ads for global platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok). You won't just "make things look pretty", you will build assets designed to stop the scroll and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production: Edit fast-paced, high-impact video ads (UGC style, motion graphics, or stock-based) and design static banners.
• Ad Optimization: Iterate on existing creatives based on performance data (e.g., changing the first 3 seconds to improve hook rates).
• Creative Strategy: Turn marketing goals into visual narratives that resonate with digital creators and brands.
• Speed & Agility: Deliver assets at the pace required by modern ad algorithms and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating ads specifically for Performance Marketing .
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut Desktop) and design tools (Figma, Canva, or Photoshop).
• A strong understanding of "Direct Response" marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-growing tech environment.
• Fluency in English (as we are scaling globally).

Working Conditions & Benefits

• Schedule: 3 days per week (10:00 – 17:30).

• Break: Lunch break between 13:00 – 13:40.

• Location: Office in Kadıköy, Koşuyolu .

• Hybrid Model: 2 days remote per week (1 day in-office during your 3-day work week).
