About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Photographer/Videographer and Editor to join our dynamic team at Farmex Freshia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-quality photo and video content, editing with precision, and delivering projects that align with brand objectives. This role is crucial in enhancing our clients visual storytelling and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Photography and Videography Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photos and videos for a variety of platforms (social media, websites, advertisements). Capture visual content for campaigns, events, and projects, ensuring creative and professional outcomes. Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to achieve optimal results.

2. Editing and Post-Production Edit photos and videos using advanced software tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop). Add motion graphics, special effects, and color correction to videos to enhance storytelling. Ensure content is tailored for specific platforms and optimized for performance (e.g., aspect ratios for social media).

3. Content Planning and Collaboration Collaborate with the marketing and content creation teams to develop creative concepts and ideas. Assist in pre-production tasks such as storyboarding, scriptwriting, and location scouting. Align content with brand identity, messaging, and client objectives.

4. Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Organize and maintain digital asset libraries for easy access and retrieval.

5. Innovation and Trend Monitoring Stay updated with the latest trends in photography, videography, and editing techniques. Propose innovative ideas to elevate the quality and effectiveness of visual content. Qualifications and Skills Minimum 3 years of professional experience in photography, videography, and editing. Strong proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and After Effects. Experience in operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Exceptional understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling principles. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams. Preferred Skills Experience with motion graphics and animations. Familiarity with drone videography and photography is a plus.
