Videographer / Photographer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer / Photographer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content to support our real estate marketing efforts. This includes shooting and editing photos and videos of residential and commercial properties, lifestyle content, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns.

Candidates with prior experience in the real estate industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of real estate properties (interior, exterior, drone shots, lifestyle shoots).
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and virtual tours.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand content requirements and deadlines.
• Use professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.) to deliver polished, branded content.
• Ensure consistency in style, lighting, and color across all content.
• Maintain and manage photography and video equipment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new techniques in videography and photography.
• Manage post-production workflows, including color grading, sound editing, and delivery in various formats.
• Occasionally participate in live shoots or events for company branding or promotional purposes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer / Photographer, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate or related fields.
• Proficient in video/photo editing software and equipment handling.
• Basic knowledge of color correction, lighting setups, and audio for video.
• Familiarity with drone videography is a plus.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• German-speaking will be an added advantage
• Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a real estate marketing or media team.
• Knowledge of SEO, social media content optimization, or real estate platforms is a bonus.
• UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
