Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualization and Planning:

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm innovative video and photography concepts, develop storyboards, and plan project logistics.

• Content Capture:

Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality photos and video footage for various client projects.

• Video and Photo Editing:

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final products using industry-standard software, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

• Animation and Motion Graphics:

Create motion graphics, visual effects, and 2D/3D animations to enhance video content and tell stories visually.

• Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize digital assets and files, and maintain video and photo archives.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with other creative team members, marketing, and sales departments to align content with project objectives and client needs.

• Technical Maintenance:

Manage, maintain, and propose upgrades for video, photo, and animation equipment.

• Trend Awareness:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video production, photography, and animation to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, as well as proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).

• Creative Vision:

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and design principles to create engaging and aesthetically pleasing content.

• Organizational Skills:

Excellent ability to manage multiple projects, maintain digital asset organization, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Collaboration and Communication:
