Videographer / Photographer & Content Creator

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Videographer / Photographer & Content Creator to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who specializes in short-form social media content, understands trending formats, and can produce high-quality visuals that engage and convert.The ideal candidate should be flexible, proactive, and comfortable capturing spontaneous content, including during evenings or weekends when required.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideography & Photography

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, and websites.
• Capture engaging content for promotional, branding, and behind-the-scenes purposes.
• Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment with technical proficiency.

Content Creation & Editing

• Produce short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube, website videos, promotional materials).
• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and storytelling enhancements.
• Create visually appealing content aligned with brand identity and platform-specific requirements.

Creative & Strategic Tasks

• Brainstorm and develop original content ideas with the marketing team.
• Participate in storyboarding, scriptwriting, and creative planning.
• Maintain updated knowledge of social media trends, viral formats, and industry best practices.
• Optimize content based on analytics, audience feedback, and platform algorithms.

Operational & Organizational Tasks

• Manage editing workflows from concept to final delivery.
• Organize and maintain video and photo archives.
• Assist in promoting content across social platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of digital assets across all channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer / Video Editor / Content Creator.
• A strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form video content (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, sequencing, and visual composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
