About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Videographer / Photographer / Editor / AI Content Creator to join our team. This role requires a multidisciplinary visual storyteller who can plan, shoot, edit, and produce captivating multimedia content across various platforms, from social media campaigns and brand videos to product photography and AI-enhanced visuals.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of visual trends, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that embraces innovation and emerging tools like AI for content creation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Production & Editing

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Capture interviews, product videos, event coverage, and promotional material.
• Manage lighting, sound, and composition to ensure professional results.
• Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and transitions that align with brand tone.

2. Photography

• Conduct photo shoots for products, events, and lifestyle campaigns.
• Edit and retouch photos to meet brand and marketing standards.
• Maintain an organized photo library for internal and external use.

3. AI Content Creation & Digital Innovation

• Use AI tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, D-ID, or ChatGPT) to generate visual and multimedia content.
• Experiment with AI-driven video enhancement, voiceovers, and automation workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and propose new creative applications.

4. Content Strategy & Collaboration

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content concepts and storyboards.
• Translate brand goals into visually compelling narratives.
• Ensure all content adheres to the company’s visual identity and messaging.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with video and photo equipment (DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting kits, microphones).
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Synthesia).
• Strong understanding of social media video formats (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Experience:
• 2+ years in videography, photography, or content production.
• Proven experience in editing and producing digital content for brands or agencies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video, photo, and creative projects.

Soft Skills:

• Strong storytelling and creative direction abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Passion for innovation, AI, and creative experimentation.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in digital marketing or social media strategy.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D design is a plus.
