Videographer / Photographer / Editor / AI Content Creator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative, multi-skilled visual creator to join our team as a Videographer / Photographer / Editor / AI Content Creator. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing engaging multimedia content for a variety of channels – including social media, brand campaigns, product showcases, and AI-enhanced visuals.

This role is perfect for someone with a sharp visual sense, a strong grasp of current content trends, and a genuine interest in experimenting with new tools and AI technologies in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Production & Editing

• Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Shoot interviews, product videos, event recaps, and promotional clips.
• Handle lighting, audio, and framing to achieve professional output.
• Edit videos with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and transitions that align with brand guidelines.

2. Photography

• Execute photo shoots for products, events, and lifestyle content.
• Edit and retouch images to match brand and marketing standards.
• Organize and maintain a structured photo library for internal and external use.

3. AI Content Creation & Digital Innovation

• Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, D-ID, ChatGPT, etc.) to create and enhance visual and multimedia content.
• Experiment with AI-driven video enhancements, voiceovers, and automated workflows.
• Stay current with new AI tools and recommend creative ways to integrate them into our content.

4. Content Strategy & Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Turn brand objectives into visually compelling narratives.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s visual identity, tone, and messaging.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Proficient with video and photo gear (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting kits, microphones).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Familiarity with AI content tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Synthesia).
• Strong understanding of social media video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in videography, photography, or content production.
• Proven track record in editing and producing digital content for brands or agencies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video, photography, and creative projects.

Soft Skills:

• Strong storytelling and creative direction capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
• Genuine passion for innovation, AI, and creative experimentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or social media strategy.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D design is a plus.
• Drone certification and experience in aerial videography are an advantage.
• Candidates with their own valid visa are preferred.
