Primary Objective

The primary objective of this position is to create engaging photo and video content that captures the essence of our café and bakery, showcasing our products, atmosphere, and brand personality across social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and photos for Instagram, TikTok and other social media channels.
• Capture high-quality images and videos of products, people, and events that reflect our brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and storytelling concepts.
• Ensure all visuals align with the brand’s tone, colors, and aesthetic.
• Organize and manage media files, ensuring timely delivery of content for posting.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and apply creative techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Occasionally assist with setting up photo areas or lighting within the café.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, CapCut, etc.).
• Creative eye for composition, color, and storytelling.
• Understanding of social media trends, especially Reels and TikTok-style content.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Availability for a flexible part-time schedule (approx. 1–3 days per week).

Nice to Have

• Experience shooting food, drinks, or lifestyle content.
• Basic knowledge of social media strategy or copywriting.
